Beethoven: Last Sonatas
Alexandre Tharaud is an eclectic pianist, writer, and artistic director. His passion fuels a creativity that spans from Baroque music to contemporary repertoire. The latter plays a significant role in his career with the recent creation of the concert for the left hand by Danish composer Hans Abrahamsen. Alexandre's discography reflects his eclectic affinity with many musical styles. His recordings range from Bach, Mozart, and Haydn (with Les Violons du Roy) to Le boef sur le toit: a tribute to the twenties.
